Leadership that inspires, serves, and points others toward a greater purpose takes guts. It means doing things differently —better—to get the outcome you want. You are more than your title at work. You are: spouse, partner, sibling, confidante, mentor, and friend.
The leaders of CREW are ready to engage in true leadership based on honesty, authenticity and meaningful connection and relationships.
OUR CORE VALUES
-
AUTHENTICITY
Authenticity empowers people to be who they are. Everybody wins when we bring our best selves to the table and communicate openly about what's working and what's not.
-
TRUST
We seek to build trust in every interaction with each other. This means that you can have faith and confidence in the ability to share your hopes, dreams, and even challenges without fear or judgment.
-
COURAGE
Change is not easy. Transformation takes guts. It takes a certain kind of vulnerability to abandon old ways of thinking and realize your true potential within.
This is the group I’ve been waiting for.
OUR STORY
Inspired by the idea of doing something purpose-driven as father and son, Andy and Adam McGraw always talked about how enjoyable it might be to be in business together.
Years of experience in executive leadership positions gave them firsthand knowledge of how difficult it is to successfully balance career, family, friends, and personal well-being without the proper support systems in place. They recognized the massive expectations being placed on executives, specifically to rapidly evolve into what it means to be a leader and role model today that can master the (no longer optional) soft skill spectrum.
Together, they developed CREW; a unique space where senior leaders can connect with their peers for insights and support, be provided with cutting-edge resources and tools, explore their passions and career direction, feel engaged and supported, and continue working on becoming the best leaders, spouses, partners, and friends they can be.
A main goal of this community is to help CREW members realize how self-actualization is actually an inward game and is the key to living a life of greater purpose and contribution, all while extending their personal network and relationships.
MEET THE FOUNDERS
I’ve always applied a “go for it” mentality when it comes to things I’m passionate about, from voiceovers in my college apartment, to singing in a band, to leadership roles at American Express, to running revenue in start-ups, and launching my own consulting and coaching business. Through my ambitions and journey, the thing I’ve become most passionate about (and admit requires the most intentional work) is finding proper balance. I'm currently obsessed with being able to connect my inner drive to my true passions, while ensuring relationships and fulfillment are the true markers of “success”. I’m a self-admitted WIP on this inward journey to truly self-actualize and I love inspiring and helping others realize and create systems and processes to do the same.
Most would say I had a successful career having led major businesses at American Express, Partner in a revenue growth consulting firm, Head of Revenue in a SaaS Unicorn, and being CEO of a mid-sized company. Often, I would find I really didn't have someone I could truly be open and candid with in my own company. Having others outside of my own company to lean on would have been a great help. My goal is to help others find their true passion and, most importantly, enjoy the ride and the process while keeping the personal and important stuff at the top of the list.
