I am passionate about helping founders launch and scale their businesses. Helping growth stage entrepreneurs is the most gratifying aspect of my day-to-day work.
For the past several years, I have worked as CFO - either full time or as an independent strategy and finance consultant focused on early stage fundraising, forecasting, and general operations (legal, HR, accounting, vendor management, etc.)
Prior to launching my consulting business, I was the general manager for the global client acquisition business unit at Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”). My team was charged with building relationships with the most promising early stage companies in SVB's largest markets and helping ensure their success.
My strengths lie at the intersection of business development, analytics, operations and finance. I excel at breaking down complex strategic problems, laying out an execution plan, and mobilizing teams that deliver measurable results.
I’m an avid traveler: I have lived and worked in Chile, and spend time in Mexico whenever I have the chance. On weekends, I can be found riding bikes, building forts, and exploring the swimming holes of Austin with my family.
I received an MBA and Master of Science in International Development from Tulane University in New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
