Ozan Ozkural
Ozan Ozkural, a dual British-Turkish citizen, is an expert in strategic business development, corporate governance, risk management, and global geopolitics, with a strong focus on ESG investing.
His career began at Unilever before moving to Merrill Lynch, where he played a key role in structured finance and emerging markets, managing over $30bn in debt capital markets transactions and pioneering Turkey’s entry into global debt markets.
In 2014, he co-founded Tanto Capital Partners, a private credit fund, and has since led major financial ventures, including a joint venture with SF Sentry. A recognized financial and geopolitical commentator, he has been interviewed by Larry King, featured in top media, and speaks at global forums like Davos.
Ozkural is also dedicated to academia and philanthropy, particularly in education.
Shirzad Chamine
Shirzad is the author of the New York Times bestseller Positive Intelligence, which defines Mental Fitness (PQ) as the speed of recovering from negative to positive responses to challenges. Research with 500,000 participants shows PQ is the strongest predictor of happiness and performance.
Formerly CEO of the world’s largest coach-training organization, Shirzad has trained leaders across Fortune 500 companies and taught at Stanford and Yale business schools. A top C-suite advisor, he has coached hundreds of CEOs and executive teams.
His background includes graduate studies in neuroscience, a BA in psychology, an MS in electrical engineering, and an MBA from Stanford. He lectures at Stanford on Positive Intelligence, has worked with NCAA athletes, and is an active member of YPO, Young Presidents’ Organization.

Lost Pines Spa features 18 treatment rooms for massages, facials, and body treatments, as well as men’s and women’s relaxation rooms, hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms. In addition, there is a co-ed heated outdoor pool and hot tub area. The salon also offers manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

We are hosting this meetup at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa located at 575 Hyatt Lost Pines Rd, Cedar Creek, TX 78612. The property is about a 30 minute drive from the airport.

The first optional activities begin with golf at 12:00pm CT Wednesday and coaching begins at 3:00pm CT. The Reception and Dinner begins at 5:30pm CT.
The main Meetup kicks off early Thursday morning. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

We recommend that you stay on the property and can book a room using our room block here. However, there are many hotels in the surrounding area if you prefer to stay elsewhere.

You are invited to play a shotgun round of golf with other CREW members on June 4 at 12:00 pm CT. The price is $117 per round (+ tax) and will be charged to your room on the day of play.
Carts will be provided and you can rent clubs for $70 +tax (includes 6 golf balls, tees, and souvenir pouch). You are welcome to bring your significant other as well.

Group coaching sessions will be offered on the afternoon of June 4 from 3:00–4:30 pm CT. You'll have the opportunity to choose from one of three expert facilitators. Each session is limited to 15 participants, so be sure to reserve your spot early!

No problem! The Wednesday activities are optional and the Meetup starts at 8:30am CT on Thursday. Please plan accordingly.

Yes! You're welcome to bring your significant other to the meetup. They can join us for the Welcome Reception and Dinner on Wednesday, June 4 at 5:30 pm, as well as the Reception and Dinner on Thursday, June 5 at 5:30 pm. There is a $150 registration fee for significant others. You can register them here. (Note- All day time portions will be for members only)
