  • The summit will take place at The Bell Tower, located in downtown Nashville, TN. It’s a historic venue with modern amenities. The address is 400 4th Ave S Nashville, TN 37201

  • Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport, just 15 minutes from The Bell Tower.

  • Plan to arrive by the evening of October 8th for our Welcome Cocktail Reception with light bites. The main summit begins promptly at 12:30 PM on October 9th, with optional activities earlier in the day.

  • We’ve reserved a room block at the Tri-Brand Marriott (Residence Inn / SpringHill Suites / AC Hotel), located at 410 Rep. John Lewis Way South, Nashville, TN 37203—just a short walk from the event venue.

  • We will be offering group coaching sessions in the morning of October 9th on a variety of topics. We will be releasing more information soon as well as a method for signing up for the session(s) you are interested in.

  • The VIP Welcome Reception is exclusively for members who have never attended a CREW event before. It’s a special opportunity to meet fellow first-timers and connect with the CREW team before the main event begins.

  • Spouses and significant others are invited to join us for two special portions of the event: the Welcome Reception on Wednesday night and the Cocktail Reception and Dinner on Thursday evening. These gatherings are designed to be social and celebratory, offering a great opportunity for guests to connect and be part of the experience.

  • This summit is fully underwritten for our executive members, with a per-person cost of approximately $1,500. If your plans change, please cancel by September 25 so we can allocate your spot by emailing us at members@crewexec.com

    Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee of $250 charged to the card on file to help cover costs. Thank you for understanding and helping us continue offering these exceptional experiences.
